How do I subscribe to Pay Bhutan?

We recommend you to visit our office at Changzamtok, Thimphu. The whole subscription process would take you not more than 30 minutes to have your account set up and running.

What do I need to do before I come to Pay Bhutan?

You will first require opening your US Dollar and Indian Rupee account with the Bank of Bhutan and avail the Merchant IDs to set up your Pay Bhutan account. After you receive the Merchant IDs, you can then visit our office.

What do I need to bring to set up Pay Bhutan account?

You will require
1. The Merchant IDs and the details associated that you have received from Bank of Bhutan
2. Your Company logo to customize your Pay Bhutan account for your company
3. And of course the fee associated with the package you subscribe to. Payment can be done in terms of cash/cheque/bank transfer.

How long does it take to set up a Pay Bhutan Account?

The process of setting up your Pay Bhutan account will take only 5 to 10 minutes and another 10-15 minutes to show you how easy it is to use.

Do I need to hire an IT person to use PayBhutan?

If you use the computer and the internet, using PayBhutan is a piece of cake.

How secure is it?

We take data security very seriously. All communication that takes place between you and our server is encrypted. Credit card data does not touch our server in any way. They are directly sent to the third party gateway used by the Bank. These gateway providers are PCI-DSS certified, meaning they have been certified to handle credit cards and financial data.

How long does it take for the payment to reach my Bank account?

Normally, the funds get settled and would be available in your bank account the next business day. However, we cannot guarantee this claim as it depends on the Bank.
